Brett cut his teeth in the practice of intellectual property law with fourteen years of practice in two of the top five Texas top-tier law firms. Brett founded Eureka Intellectual Property Law in order to bring gold-plated legal service to clients at affordable rates.
Prior to practicing law, Brett worked in Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, and engineering roles for Fortune 500 companies and large defense contractors. Brett also served seven years active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Propulsion Plant Officer aboard U.S.S. Enterprise CVN-65 and as Operations Officer aboard U.S.S. O’Brien DD-975. Brett rounded out his naval service in the Navy Reserves, accumulating over 21 years of service.
Brett’s legal practice focuses on both patent and trademark prosecution and litigation and other adversarial proceedings. He represents both patent, trademark, and copyright holders seeking to enforce their rights and those accused of infringement.
